What makes it interesting for me?

Individual solutions have to be found for the new challenges that arise every day, and I am part of the problem-solving and implementation process. I can continue to use the experience I have gained in everyday life and it will accompany me on my career path.

Why do I work in this job?

Due to the different tasks, competencies and ideas of my team, I am able to continuously develop myself.

This is the advice I would give to my 15 year old self:

Nobody gets everything right the first time. What defines us is how we learn from our mistakes.

Learn from every situation and everything that surrounds you, whether it’s “right” or not. What others can do, you can do too! Follow your goals, even if they seem unattainable. No matter how hard it gets, don’t let it drag you down.
