The following documents are required from you for a successful application at University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien:
1. Requirement for Bachelor Access
To apply for a Bachelor’s degree program, you must have a general university entrance qualification or a professional qualification in a related field, which you must demonstrate by providing one of the following documents:
- Austrian secondary school-leaving examination certificate (Reife- bzw. Maturazeugnis)
- Vocational school-leaving examination certificate (Berufsreifezeugnis)
- Certificate of eligibility for admission to a university (Studienberechtigungszeugnis) for one of the following study groups:
- Engineering Studies
- Natural Science Studies
- Certificate of completion of at least three years of study at a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Austria
- Certificate of completion of apprenticeship or of a vocational secondary school (in a relevant technical field, to apply for admission to the qualification exam. See also https://www.technikum-wien.at/studieninformationen/ohne-matura)
- Proof of three successfully completed years at an engineering-focused secondary school (HTL) (in a relevant technical field, to apply for admission to the qualification exam. See also https://www.technikum-wien.at/studieninformationen/ohne-matura)
If the document or certificate is not available at the present time, you will have the opportunity to submit the document by November 15th at the latest.
2. Proof of Identity
- Scan of passport or
- ID card (front and back side) or
- valid Austrian residence permit
Driving licence, proof of citizenship, etc. are not accepted!
If you have a foreign passport/identity card* and a residence in Austria, please also upload the valid Austrian residence document.
