06 July, 2023
Bachelor and Master students visited the automatica fair, KTM Motohall and FANUC.
At the end of the semester, students from the Bachelor Mechatronics/Robotics and the Master Robotics Engineering, together with some students from the Bachelor Electronic Engineering, headed west: The first destination of the three-day trip was the KTM Motohall in Mattighofen, the in-house museum of the Innviertel motorcycle company.
Afterwards, the tour continued directly to Munich to the automatica trade fair, the leading trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics.
The last stop led back to Upper Austria, specifically to FANUC Austria in Vorchdorf, a leading manufacturer of industrial robots. “Here we learned firsthand how precision and efficiency go into the development and manufacture of these technological masterpieces,” says program director Andrea Mizelli-Ojdanic.
