Mechanical Engineering: Excursion to Hoerbiger and d4pro

As part of an excursion to Hoerbiger, students on the Bachelor’s degree program Mechanical Engineering (4th semester) at UAS Technikum Wien gained exciting insights into the fields of compressor technology, drive technology and hydraulics at the Seestadt-Aspern site. This was followed by a visit to the company d4pro, which is characterized above all by its expertise in the field of additive manufacturing (3D printing). “Excursions offer the opportunity to get to know potential employers before graduation – that’s why they are particularly popular with our students!” says Program Director Patrick Eisner.
