LehB:KlimafitDemo
The project is based on the results of the exploratory project “LehB:Klimafit!” and brings it into initial implementation. During the exploration, goals for system solutions were identified along three dimensions:
- the legal-economic dimension (particularly the WGG);
- the dimension of users as everyday experts;
- the dimension of the urban stakeholders relevant to the renovation.
The climate-friendly and socially acceptable renovation solutions are now being implemented as prototypes in a demo project using concrete objects. The requirements are the local requirements for climate neutrality in 2040.
One property (Rugierstraße, Demo 1) is in the construction tender at the time of the application, and valuable experience from monitoring could be gained through the demo project. A special focus is on the topic of summer thermal comfort.
The results of intensive preliminary investigations with cost estimates for the implementation of a step-by-step renovation plan are available for a second property (Degengasse, Demo 2).
For a third project (Friedrich-Kaiser Gasse, Demo 3), valuable findings for low-tech measures are being developed.
